A non-refundable application fee of $25.00 is
required when the application is submitted.
Credit / or
background checks will be run and references verified. You
must have an established credit history in order to qualify
for rental consideration.
A credit rating of R2 or
higher or under two years with your current employer will
generally be declined. Your monthly income must be at least
three times the rental amount.
The first month's rent
is required at the time of move-in. Pets and waterbeds are not
allowed.
